Adds support for iOS 15.8.7 (A9) and iOS 16.7 - 16.7.15 (arm64) by DarkSword kernel exploit

• Add DarkSword kernel exploit as an option
• Adds support for iOS 15.8.7 (A9) and iOS 16.7 - 16.7.15 (arm64)

Known issues:

• DarkSword currently doesn't support A8(X)
• DarkSword currently may not work on A9X
• DarkSwords race fails on early iOS 16 versions (presumably 16.0 - 16.3.1) this could have been using kfd/landa
• DarkSword sometimes fails and makes the Dopamine app close
• DarkSword may have other issues as well

The version in Dopamine will show as 2.4.9, this is to prevent issues with the in-app updater

• Support jailbreaking by certificate signer (add JB dependencies)
