I cannot receive SMS messages in a jailbroken

After updating to the latest version 2.4.9.22 on iOS 16.2, I cannot receive SMS messages in a jailbroken environment (the issue persists even with all tweaks disabled). I have also tried removing the jailbreak and reverting to version 2.4.5.20, but the problem remains the same. SMS works normally in a non-jailbroken state. Could there be a bug in the recent update?

I found the problem. It has to do with Lockdown Mode. After enabling Lockdown Mode, you can receive text messages in normal mode, but not in a jailbroken state.
