I can't offer much help here. rosjava jumped to using Android studio and I haven't been able to keep up with side projects.

The best place I last used documentation was here:
http://wiki.ros.org/android

If you do manage to fix the compile with Android Studio, submit a pull request and I'll accept it.

If you just want the app without changes, it's available on the play store:

Hi Chad Rockey,

I am master student, working on ros and rosjava project.
I was using your driver from android store, and it was good!!!!
I want to modified it, and re-compile it.
I compiled all the other libraries: rosjava, and android core, with
catkin_make (catkin build system). very easy.

I created scripts, to setup full environment from the beginning.
I change build.gradle at android_sensor_driver, and now it find all the
dependencies.
but still, it not fully compile.
I want to send you this scripts, if you need to set this environment,

send you the modified build.gradle,
http://en.textsave.org/bEtb

and if you can look the errors that i get:
http://en.textsave.org/aEtb

can you help me please?
I feel i am so close, but need the final touch.

Thanks for your time,
Tal Regev.

I modified the project that will compile to the new version of ros - indigo.
please add a branch name indigo, that it will be identical to groovy branch,
and i will pull request my modification.
thanks for this software.

@talregev Is the indigo version of this source code available anywhere? I downloaded the app but it keeps crashing on my phone, so I was wondering if I could go through the source code to fix the issue.

@talregev, we would love to hear your thoughts about asking money for this app in the play store...
