Enhancement: Add shaft and head properties to Odometry display arrow

Please consider adding the following new properties to the Odometry display:

Shaft Length
Shaft Radius
Head Length
Head Radius

The default arrows are rather large and it would be nice to adjust their appearance as can be done for the Pose display.
