When I listen (YouTube video, Teams, Zoom) in French, there is no transcription in French.
However :
1/ I changed the transcription model to put Whisper Medium 1.5 Gb
2/ I added a requirement to the prompt: the audio inputs are mainly in French and sometimes in English, all transcriptions must be in French.
Furthermore, I tested localVocal in OBS. Even if I took 500 ms in parameter "activer la transcription partielle", on my Macbook M2 Sequoia 15 does not allow real-time transcription like your video.
I would be grateful if you could make these options also compatible for France.
