"Вклад" — любое оригинальное произведение, включая модификации или дополнения к существующим работам, намеренно переданное Вами Imperial Space для включения в продукты, принадлежащие или управляемые Imperial Space. "Переданное" означает любую электронную, устную или письменную коммуникацию, отправленную Imperial Space или ее представителям, включая, но не ограничиваясь, электронные почтовые списки, системы управления исходным кодом и системы отслеживания проблем, управляемые Imperial Space, за исключением материалов, явно помеченных Вами как "Не является вкладом".
Для разъяснения: лицензии на интеллектуальную собственность, предоставляемой с вкладами от любого лица или организации, должна иметь на файле Соглашение о передаче лицензии на вклад ("ICLA"), подписанное каждым Участником, подтверждающим согласие с условиями лицензии, изложенными ниже. Эта лицензия защищает Вас как Участника, а также Imperial Space; она не изменяет Ваши права на использование Ваших вкладов для любых других целей.
Вы принимаете и соглашаетесь с следующими условиями для Ваших текущих и будущих вкладов, переданных Imperial Space. За исключением лицензии, предоставляемой Imperial Space и получателям программного обеспечения, распространяемого Imperial Space, Вы сохраняете все права, титулы и интересы к Вашим Вкладам.
Вы заявляете, что каждый отправленный Вами материал является исключительно Вашей оригинальной работой. Если Вы хотите отправить материалы, которые не являются Вашей оригинальной работой, Вы можете сделать это при соблюдении следующих условий: (a) сохранить всю информацию об авторских правах и лицензиях, содержащуюся в полученных материалах; (b) в описании к отправке включить фразу "Отправка, содержащая материалы третьих лиц:" с указанием имен третьих лиц и известных лицензий или других ограничений; (c) соблюдать любые другие инструкции, указанные в письменных рекомендациях Проекта.
Лицензия на авторское право. Вы предоставляете Imperial Space постоянную, всемирную, неисключительную, бесплатную, безотзывную лицензию на использование (в том числе и коммерческое), воспроизведение, создание производных работ, публичное отображение, исполнение и распространение отправленных материалов и производных работ, а также на предоставление этих прав третьим лицам. Сохранение прав. Каждая сторона сохраняет все права, прямо не предоставленные в этом Соглашении.
Вы не обязаны предоставлять поддержку для Ваших Вкладов, если не решите сделать это. Поддержка может быть предоставлена бесплатно, за плату или вовсе не предоставляться. За исключением случаев, предусмотренных законом или письменным соглашением, Вклады предоставляются "КАК ЕСТЬ" без каких-либо гарантий, включая гарантии товарной пригодности, соответствия определенной цели или ненарушения прав третьих лиц.
Вы соглашаетесь уведомить Imperial Space о любых обстоятельствах, которые могут сделать недействительными предоставленные Вами гарантии.
Все права защищены. Вы не имеете права использовать, распространять, передавать, редактировать, изменять, публиковать, продавать, перепродавать, лицензировать и сублицензировать этот контент без письменного согласия: либо Imperial Space, в соответствии с ICLA имеющим право на передачу прав на этот контент, либо изначального правообладателя, передавшего права Imperial Space в соответствии с этой лицензией. Этот запрет включает в себя любое использование контента в любых видах и проявлениях.
Contribution License Agreement (ICLA) by Imperial Space

A "Contribution" is any original work of authorship, including modifications or additions to existing works, intentionally submitted by You to Imperial Space for inclusion in products owned or managed by Imperial Space. "Submitted" means any electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to Imperial Space or its representatives, including but not limited to, electronic mailing lists, source code management systems, and issue tracking systems managed by Imperial Space, except for materials clearly marked by You as "Not a Contribution."
To clarify the intellectual property license granted with contributions from any person or organization, a signed Contribution License Agreement ("ICLA") must be on file with Imperial Space, indicating the Contributor's acceptance of the license terms outlined below. This license protects both You as the Contributor and Imperial Space. It does not affect Your right to use Your own Contributions for any other purpose.
You accept and agree to the following terms for Your current and future Contributions submitted to Imperial Space. Except for the license granted herein to Imperial Space and recipients of software distributed by Imperial Space, You retain all rights, titles, and interests in Your Contributions.
You represent that each Contribution You submit is entirely Your original work. If You wish to submit materials that are not Your original work, You may do so provided that: (a) You retain all copyright and license information contained in the received materials; (b) You include the phrase "Submission containing third-party materials:" followed by the names of third parties and known licenses or restrictions in the submission description; (c) You comply with any other instructions in the Project’s written guidelines concerning Submissions.
Copyright License. You grant Imperial Space a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use (including for commercial purposes), reproduce, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, and distribute the submitted materials and derivative works, as well as to sublicense these rights to third parties. Rights Retention. Each party retains all rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement.
You are not obligated to provide support for Your Contributions unless You choose to do so. Support can be offered free of charge, for a fee, or not provided at all. Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, Contributions are provided "AS IS," without warranties or conditions of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to notify Imperial Space of any circumstances that might render the warranties You provided invalid.
All rights are reserved. You may not use, distribute, transfer, edit, modify, publish, sell, resell, license, or sublicense this content without written consent from either Imperial Space, which holds the rights to transfer these rights under the ICLA, or the original rights holder who transferred the rights to Imperial Space under this license. This restriction applies to any use of the content in any form and manner.
