The old link rubydocs.org was pointing to this RubyDocs:

which now redirects to the author’s website.

Since the rubydocs.org tool is not available anymore, people likely reach Ruby’s documentation page to find tools to search for documentations. We don't want to point to archived version of this tool and they cant use it anymore.

Would you send a PR to remove this link from all the documentation pages?
