Staff Dashboard: add space between avatar and name #986

Sign in as staff and go to the dashboard. You will see that for Staff, Adopters, Fosterers pages the person name is too close to the avatar. Please space them similar to how we do in the Pets table.

good first issue, should I take this and quickly fix it or should we leave it for first time takers?
