I did not need to edit either runai-operator.config.global or runai-operator.config.researcher-service when adding a Vanilla Kubernetes cluster to an OpenShift control plane.

Prometheus should also be listed as a step (if not already installed on the remote cluster)

Thank you for comments. We have fixed the issue with documentation regarding Prometheus. However, the Hybrid cluster of OCP and regular k8s we are currently not going to correct as it is a scenario which is too complex.
