rustic backup --time - what is TIME format?

I think I have tried all variations (but one which is valid:)), can not find single example in help. What is the format of date and time to be provided for --time flag?

$ rustic backup source --time "2023-01-01 11:15:23"
error: invalid value '2023-01-01 11:15:23' for '--time <TIME>': premature end of input

and help tells me to use <TIME> format which is nowhere to be found what exactly it is

$ rustic backup --help
...
--time <TIME>
          Set the backup time manually
...

For anybody still wondering this is what works:

rustic backup source --time "2021-01-17 12:45:23+0000"

Examples like pictures are worth thousand words sometimes:)

A relaxed form of RFC3339 is accepted, see https://docs.rs/chrono/latest/chrono/struct.DateTime.html#impl-FromStr-for-DateTime%3CLocal%3E.
