What will happen if backup is interrupted?

I'm using the hold-cold repo as my backend.

If the program exits accidentally due to bad network...

If I backup again,

1. Will it recognize the already upload packs? (while not able to read it from the cold repo)
2. Will it understand which files are unfinished last time?
3. Will it need to upload everything from the start? (If so, I may never get the upload finished due to bad network)

Do I need to fix manually in this case?

Yes, by checking the index.

Yes, but some packs may not be tracked by the index.

No. Indexes are periodically written to the repo. Only a small portion of data will be lost.

Do I need to fix it manually in this case?

No.
