feat: move models into a different place

It is hard to deal with a repository that includes models. We need to think a new way to move this into new place to avoid this problem. Any ideas?

@marcgc21 A possible approach could be to move the models to an external storage (e.g., Hugging Face Hub, S3, or GitHub Releases) and keep only the code and a download script in the repository. The app could download the model at setup or first run. Happy to learn and help further if needed.
