Country and city leaderboards

Summary

Add dedicated country and city leaderboard views so developers can see their local ranking (e.g. 'Top devs in Berlin', '#1 in Germany').

Why

Local pride is a powerful motivator. Developers want to be #1 in their city or country. Much more achievable than global #1.

Requirements

• Country leaderboard page/view showing top developers per country
• City-level breakdown within each country
• Rank badge: 'Add country/region statistics page #3 in Germany', 'Dev/sajee/dev card #1 in Berlin'
• Show country/city rank on the developer detail panel
• Filter globe to highlight a single country's developers

Tech Notes

• Data already has \location, \lat, \lng\ fields
• Group by country (parse from location string or add a \country\ field in pipeline)
• Could be a new sidebar tab or dropdown filter enhancement

I've been spending time getting familiar with the project and contributing where I can. This issue seems like a good fit for my current skills, and I'd be interested in implementing it.

Thanks @sajeetharan. I've started exploring the codebase and put together an implementation plan.

To keep the first PR manageable, I'm thinking of starting with an MVP that includes:

• Country-based rankings
• Country rank badges on developer profiles
• Globe filtering by selected country

Then follow up with city-level rankings and breakdowns in a separate PR if needed.

Does that approach sound good?

I've completed the MVP country-ranking portion that was merged earlier.

I'd be interested in continuing with the remaining city-level rankings and leaderboard breakdowns from this issue if that work is still available.
