Problem with input

Hey, I'm experiencing the same error message as in #3. I think it is a formatting problem with the input - I use 2 different äkta systems (pure and go), and I only experience problems with the input when exporting data from the äkta go. The äkta pure works perfectly fine with your script (thank you so much!) but with the input from äkta go, python can not convert string to float. I tried adjusting the code with different fixes (floatize and clean function) but unfortunately it's not working and I don't know what else to try. Do you have an idea?

The encoding seems to be utf8 and the delimiter is ';'. While that reads the file in, there are other peculiarities (some values have two decimals, like '1.000.541', and there are some random dates, like 'Dez 82'. I couldn't find a quick fix for this. Any idea where these are coming from?
