Support --chunk-size in Go conformance adapter

Add --chunk-size support to the Go adapter's benchmark-model subcommand so the chunk_size_sweep scenario runs instead of being auto-skipped. This closes a parameter coverage gap with the upstream Python benchmarks (exp_chunk.py).
