Date formatting

Hi,

I have migrated from Sublime Text "plain tasks" plugin to this plugin.

You did awesome work, thank you.

One thing I am missing is date formatting:

        ✔ assignment review @done (2017-04-06 15:28)
        ✔ low priority fields @done (4/7/2017, 12:30:36 PM)

First string formatted using another editor and plugin, second with this one.

I would like to have a consistent dates between all my *.todo files, so having Date format feature will make me happier.

Is it possible right now or its a feature request?

I would love an iso 8601 option 😄

A format setting would be nice. I'd like ISO8601, but I'd also like a more narrative style like Mon Jun 3 16:48 to fit the readability of the list.

At the moment, it formats the date in a USA format. And I'm in the UK, and it's a bit confusing.

It would be great if the format was based on the current users locale.
