Alt + D do not work on Ubuntu #34

When I press Alt + anything on Ubuntu it shows the option on menu so when I press Alt + D it goes do Debug menu in vs code.

I changed the bindings to windows+D by editing the keyboard shortcut from File > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts. Hope this helps.

Maybe you could change the default keybinding to Ctrl+D for Linux because that works fine and it is the used keybinding for Plain Tasks and the Plain Tasks clone for Atom.
