Cannot use Scala Expression Evaluator when debugging ScalaTest#52

Scala IDE 4.1 introduced Scala Expression Evaluator. Unfortunately it's not working when debugging ScalaTest. Scala Expression Evaluator requires changes in VM runner classpath.
The fix is available in #51 PR
