Can't reach the sprites lower down on the list

Expected Behavior

Should be able to reach all sprites in target pane

Actual Behavior

Can't reach the lower ones on a small screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a somewhat small screen
2. Open a project with lots of sprites
3. The scroll bar is enabled in most browsers, but not Firefox :(
