Scrolling the blocks workspace is slow on android tablet

Expected Behavior

Scrolling on the blocks workspace should move the workspace at the same speed as your finger and at the same time

Actual Behavior

The workspace lags behind by a second or two.

This is on the Samsung Galaxy Tablet (Model number smt520)

Steps to Reproduce

Add blocks to the workspace
Drag with a finger on the workspace
Note, the blocks move later than your finger moves
