Tutorial extends off top of the screen on iphone

Expected Behavior

The tutorial video should always appear inside the editor and not extend to a place where you can't move it.

Actual Behavior

On an iPhone or an Android phone, the screen is so small that the video player appears with the top of it above the top of the screen. This makes it so you can't move it or dismiss it.

Steps to Reproduce

On an iPhone or Android phone, make sure you're signed out
Create a new project
Note: the getting started tutorial appears at the top of the screen and extends off the top. You can not move the window or dismiss it.

Operating System and Browser

iPhone Safari or Android Phone Chrome

If it happens on an Android phone, then maybe the title shouldn't say "iphone" ;)
