npm install eror. Not able to compile the latest code

Windows 10 x64
e.g. Mac OS 10.11.6 Safari 10.0

I believe the react-responsive version needs to be bumped to "5.0.0" in scratch-paint.

What version of node and npm are you using?

I was able to successfully install on:

Mac OS 11.5.2
node 15.14.0
npm 7.7.6

[Saitgalin]

scratch-gui apparently does not support 16 node
