Create the database schema for Scribe-Server

Description

This issue would be to populate the schema.sql file with the necessary SQL query statements to define the schema and create the database structure. The sqlc tool that Scribe-Server will be using will reference the schema.sql file, which should contain the CREATE TABLE ... statements defining the database schema (sqlc docs).

As discussed, we're probably leaning towards a structure where there is 1 table per datatype for a language (e.g. one table for German nouns, one table for French verbs, etc.) - since each table or language-datatype combination will have their specific quirks.

note:

• We'll likely actually have to do tables like german_nouns and french_verbs as opposed to german.nouns and french.verbs as originally pitched, since (forgot) MariaDB does not function in the same way as say PostgreSQL, which supports multiple schemas. MariaDB does not.
• Just a thought, but perhaps we use the ISO as the prefix as opposed to the english name of the language? i.e. de_nouns as opposed to german_nouns

Assigning @DeleMike as this issue has been finished in the work for #29 that closed #5. The make migrate command also includes the creation of the database schema for the MariaDB databse for the Scribe-Server :)
