Doesn't indicate low battery in sensor

The sensor is known to transmit a low battery signal — it's shown on the standalone LCD display — but this code doesn't report it. It probably should, especially if you're running a sensor headless and still need warning that your readings are going to fail soon.

There is code in CapnBry's Powermon433.ino to simulate this low battery signal in transmission.
