Thank you for your interest in contributing to MuninnDB ("the Project"), owned and maintained by Scrypster / MJ Bonanno ("the Maintainer").
By submitting a Contribution to this Project, you agree to the following terms:
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including modifications or additions to existing work, that you intentionally submit to this Project. This includes code, documentation, tests, configuration, and any other material submitted via pull request, issue, patch, email, or any other method.
"Submit" means any form of communication sent to the Project, including pull requests, commits, issues, comments, or messages on any channel managed by or on behalf of the Project.
You hereby grant to the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and any derivative works thereof.
You hereby grant to the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contribution alone or by combination of your Contribution with the Project.
You acknowledge and agree that the Maintainer may, at their sole discretion, relicense the Project (including your Contributions) under different license terms in the future. This includes but is not limited to changing from the current license to a more restrictive or more permissive license.
You represent that:
- Each Contribution is your original creation, or you have sufficient rights to submit it under these terms.
- Your Contribution does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights.
- You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
- If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you have received permission to make the Contribution on behalf of that employer, or your employer has waived such rights.
You understand that the decision to include your Contribution in the Project is entirely at the discretion of the Maintainer. Submitting a Contribution does not obligate the Maintainer to use or incorporate it.
By submitting a Contribution to this Project, you signify your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit Contributions.
This CLA is effective as of the date of your first Contribution to the Project.
