Allow for Multiple Discord Channels of Notifications

Description

I would like to request being able to configure multiple webhooks for discord so we can route specific notifications to specific channels.

Such as 1 channel for Approvers to be notified about pending approvals, while another channel shows status of approvals, such as Approved or Denied and another channel for issues. being able to assign specific channels per notification type would help in management and user notification.

Desired Behavior

1. Configure Multiple Webhooks each with a friendly name
2. for each notification type, chose which webhook to send it to by its friendly name.
