SDC tool used: Tau-Argus
Version used: 3.5.0_build_27 and 4.1.0_build_2
Operating system used: Windows

Instance_1 shows a case, where a secondary suppression gets an internal safety range, even though "manual safety range" is set to 0% in "Specify table". In the example the cell value of the corresponding primary suppressed cell is not large enough and because if this a third cell (in this case the marginal cell) is suppressed by Tau Argus Modular.

The corresponding cells of the example are C and C1 (Var_1) cross combined with 01 and Total (Var_2). In case of a primary suppression in cells (C101) and (C01), secondary suppressions of (C1Total) and (CTotal) are avoided. Because of this it would be very helpful if the safety range for secondary suppressions is controllable even if some underprotection (across subtables) has to be taken into account.

Behaviour is the same for TauArgus V_3.5.0_build_27 and v_4.1.0_build_2 with settings Modular and "Do singletons".
