Not everything is displayed from the start

for instance: When selecting ./scenes/Materials.scn the plane, number and cubes textures are only visible after a part of a second.

Some of this is down to bevy's asset server, and the fact that the load method is asynchronous. However even if it weren't, the fact that some assets spawn other assets (eg placeholder "materials", placeholder ph) means that you have a chain of
SceneLoad -> MaterialLoad -> ImageTextureLoad each of which takes the asset load time + one system execution to trigger the next.

I'm not sure how to improve this because serializing things with static assets is hard.
Note to self: It may be worth spending some time investigating how the GLTF loader handles this.
