Start/Stop button shouldn't change if there is generation that started not from current sdfx.

Currently Start/Stop button is changing even if image generation started from another copy of sdfx.
With this issue work queue is not working correctly, and users will often interrupt each other (when button changing just before click).
Button shouldn't give to user ability to cancel other users request.
