Not accessible from the LAN. Need to change to 0.0.0.0

I am running this server on my Synology NAS, but I cannot access it as it is assigned to 127.0.0.1 rather than 0.0.0.0
Is there a switch I can use to ammend that? I have already tried editting the SH and PY files to make the change, but it makes no difference.
