引入seajs-flush后confirmbox组件报错

不确认是否还是具名模块所引起的问题，怀疑是handlebars模板文件的问题……
引入seajs-flush后，autocomplete, dialog, confirmbox, select这几个组件都会报错：

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'template' of null

gallery/handlebars/1.0.2/runtime 这个没有？

@popomore runtime这个文件是有的，貌似没有加载进来？

好像是 flush 的问题，comformbox.js 中打包了模板，模板依赖 runtime。看起来 flush 没有去加载这个依赖。 @lifesinger
