Reproduction steps

1. Download and install the Second Life Release 7.1.10.10516785745 viewer (https://github.com/secondlife/viewer/releases/tag/Second_Life_Release%231adf2d0-DeltaFPS).
2. Log in to the Viewer as User A and User B.
3. User A - send an IM message to User B.
4. User A - move the conversation with User B to a separate window and minimize it.
5. User B - send an IM message to User A.
6. User A - click on the toast from User B.

Actual result:
The Conversation floater opens with an empty IM chat and a notification that it can be returned. Message from user B is not displayed.

Expected result:
A minimized separate IM chat window should open with user B and display their message.

Additional information:
According to the ‘FUI: Chat Regression Test Plan’ - 2. Instant Messaging - 2.1 Single IM window 12. Left click on the Toast.
This issue was found during ticket verification (#1932) in the scope of IQA #316.
This issue is reproduced on Win11 and OSX.

This issue is not reproduced on the current release Second Life Release 7.1.9.10515727195, because there is no ticket fix yet (#1932) and the toast from the user is not displayed.

The test plan does not indicate which IM chat should be opened. Still, the current behavior does not seem very convenient for the user (after clicking on the toast, the user must either return the IM chat to the Conversation floater or independently expand the minimized separate IM chat).
