Unable to upload GLTF+bin model that has spaces in the name

Second Life Release 7.2.1.17108480561

Description

Upload of model fails with an error 'LOD3 Buffer is either missing or empty. Check presence of GLTF%20spaces%20test.bin file.'

Reproduction steps

1. Get a gltf+bin model that has spaces in the name. Or use the attached one
2. Start viewer
3. Menu->Build->Upload->Model
4. Select the model
5. Check the preview and Log tab.
