Add FPS, CPU Usage, and Temperature Monitoring Integration

Description:
I would love to see an in-app performance monitoring overlay in G-Helper, displaying:

• FPS counter (real-time gaming FPS)
• CPU usage & temperature
• GPU usage & temperature
• RAM usage

Why this is useful:

• Helps users optimize performance without third-party tools.
• Complements G-Helper's system tuning features.
• Improves gaming and benchmarking experience.

Would this be possible? Thanks for the awesome work! 🙌

Describe the solution you'd like

A built-in overlay or dashboard in G-Helper that shows real-time system stats. Ideally, this could be:

A floating overlay during gameplay.
A detailed stats panel inside G-Helper.
Optional logging for performance analysis.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner (but it's complex and overkill for casual users).
Relying on Task Manager/Performance Monitor, which lacks an overlay.
Third-party apps like HWMonitor, but they don't integrate well with G-Helper.

This was asked few times (i.e. monitoring overlay). But the main problem - is that it's quite difficult to actually force the app to show something on top of absolutely everything and mainly full-screen games in windows.

For that app would need a special permission from windows, and for that it needs to be signed with a certificate (that i don't have) + few other requirements.

That would be a great feature. Frankly I had assumed that Ghelper already came with an OSD to rival that of AC. I actually like the AC OSD even though it is quite limited.

I'm hoping that if that feature ever does exist in Ghelper, it shares a similar aesthetic. For me the AC OSD is great as it's not that intrusive and blends well at higher opacity.

Would it make more sense to farm this out to RivaTuner Statistics Server, and simply have some quick config options? Have Ghelper detect the presence of RTSS and push a config to it?

I came across a GitHub project called CleanMeter, developed by Danil0v3s, which may potentially serve as a minimalist solution for tracking hardware statistics.

Although the overlay functionality does not work in applications running in full screen exclusive mode, it does seem to work reliably in windowed and borderless windowed modes. Might be worth looking into as a candidate for porting or integration.
