Send email to admin of unavailable requests

Description

It would be nice to have a list of requests that are still unavailable. Sending an email to the admin would be great. Enabling the list to be sorted by alphabetical order, date entered order, or ordered by who requested it would be nice too!

Desired Behavior

Have a link to send an email of unavailable requests.
