Thank you for your question. You can run the VSP FWI using this toolbox by properly setting the source-receiver configuration. But please notice that this toolbox currently performs the acoustic FWI. Hope this toolbox is helpful to you.
The waveforms are plotted in an offset-time plane, which is designed for the surface source and receiver deployment. I recommend you to load the shot gather data using other scripts, i.e., Matlab code, for viewing.
