Suggestion: Baldy / Skinhead

These are common and are hurtful epithets for bald people and people with alopecia. Weirdly there is very little writing or advocacy against this type of discrimination. I would love to see them added in some way to help bring awareness. I would gladly hear suggestions for how they should be included. I may even try and pick this issue up myself and open a PR if I am confident I can contribute correctly.
