iru.svg has a lot SVG elements

When rendering the iru.svg file, I get the following error from the library: Maximum count of rendered element instances exceeded 4398 > 2000. It seems like something went wrong with that svg with so many elements, that is not normal

It's a pixelated icon and has a ton of clipped elements, which I think is causing the error. I've removed it for the time being and have kept the PNG/WebP/AVIF/Ico versions for everyone to reference. In the meantime, I'll work on potentially simplifying the SVG version.
