Not support ruby 2.7.1

The project was unable to compile i got an error.

  In Gemfile:
    Ruby (~> 2.7.1)

    sablon (= 0.1.0) was resolved to 0.1.0, which depends on
nokogiri (>= 1.6.0) was resolved to 1.16.7, which depends
on
        Ruby (>= 3.0.0)```

Is it your Gemfile?
there is no Ruby 2 requirement in the current sablon's file:
https://github.com/senny/sablon/blob/master/Gemfile

You should just upgrade it to Ruby 3.
