Can not build libfdk-aac ???

I'm PHP developer, so this code unfamiliar with me,
So, When I run code, then have error (I think that):

I have look around at https://github.com/serezhka/fdk-aac-jni but it does't work fine :(

On my device, AirServer appear in list, but can not connect. What should I do?
