Surface Pen eraser not recognized as an alternate input method #196

Expected behavior: writing with the Surface Pen eraser erases ink.

Actual behavior: the eraser writes normally as a pen

Milton 1.9.1 on Windows 10 21H2 on Surface Pro 7

There's no proper MS Surface support in MIlton right now, unfortunately. It's probably treating the pen input as mouse input, unless the surface pretends to be a Wacom when possible
