Bug: Taskbar click triggers Peek even when clicking on app icons (v0.9.6) #64

Description

Hi Scott,

Thanks for the update in v0.9.6! I tried using the new taskbar-only activation (disabling Peek on Desktop Click and keeping Peek on Taskbar Click enabled).

However, the IsTaskbarBlankAreaWindow check doesn't seem to work reliably on my system. Even when I single-click directly on active app icons or pinned apps to open them, it still registers as a blank-area click and triggers the Peek effect (hiding/minimizing my windows).

I would love to use it with a single click on empty space, but currently, it interferes with regular app launching.

My OS: Windows 11 (25H2)
PeekDesktop Version: v0.9.6
