Exits with zero even when a test fails

Or even simpler: npm test && echo 'hello' shouldn't print hello if the tests fail.

@adam-lynch Thanks for reporting. Now colortape 0.0.5 exits with exit code 1 when any of tests fail. However, due to the limitation of pipe, colortape cannot catch the original command's error.

I'm thinking of turn colortape into a wrapper command of tape instead of being piped.

@adam-lynch Now colortape 1.0.0 can be used as a substitution of tape command.

colortape test/foo.js

If you use it in this way, it will exit with the same code as tape command.
