Describe the solution you'd like
Allow manual specification of recording frame rate and resolution or other parameters such as recording bitrate, etc. If this feature is implemented, there may be no need to triple-differentiate between export settings (since they are explicitly specified before recording).
Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative option is to explicitly export the settings, but this may not ensure that the raw frame rate and resolution meet the requirements depending on the user's hardware equipment.
Additional context
Personally, I think this FEATURE is more critical because users may make trade-offs between resolution, frame rate and file size in certain situations
