[Bug] The "Record" button is disabled/unclickable

Description
The "Record" button on the toolbar appears to be disabled (greyed out) and is unresponsive. I am unable to start recording.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the application.
Select "Screen" mode.
Observe that the "Record" button is disabled and cannot be clicked.
Expected behavior
The "Record" button should be active and clickable to start the screen recording process.

Additional context
Nothing happens when clicking the button. I have checked that the screen region is selected (if applicable).

Hey you need to select a screen before you can record.
Steps

1. Click on screen
2. Select the screen you want to record
3. Click on record
