Wrong display

Implement timing as follows:

Tree:

Session = Practise: Display fastest laps
Session = Qualifying: Display fastest laps
Session = Warmup: Display fastest laps
Session = Race: Display distance between cars, also add a "+" before the display if a car has more >= 1 laps gap.

Banners:

Battle: In any session except race: Display the gap between the fastest laps, otherwise use the existing gap.
