[Feature] Separate directory for generated files

🎯 The Goal / Use Case

When Picoclaw generates any files they are currently saved into the default workspace along with config and setting MD files. This could lead to difficulty finding files and also puts settings files at risk.

💡 Proposed Solution

Add the ability to set a sub folder for generated files keeping the top level workspace folder clean.

Similar to workspace setting in config, add path to set the folder name for the workspace subfolder:

Good idea. Currently generated files mixed with config/settings MDs in the workspace root makes it hard to organize things.

A few thoughts on implementation:

1. Config key naming: I'd suggest workspace.output_dir rather than picoclaw_output — it's more consistent with the existing workspace config namespace. Something like:

2. Default behavior: The default should probably be the current behavior (files in workspace root) for backward compatibility. The output subfolder should only be created when explicitly configured.

3. Tool-level awareness: The tools that write files (file_write in pkg/tools/filesystem.go) would need to resolve paths relative to this output dir. One thing to watch out for is that the LLM sometimes uses absolute paths — the tool should probably only redirect when the target is inside the workspace, not for arbitrary absolute paths.

4. Skill interaction: Skills that generate files (e.g. skill-creator from [Task] Check correction of workspace skills/ skill-creator #652) should also respect this setting. Worth checking if SKILL.md files reference output paths that would need updating.
