Test full collection and reporting path

Make sure there are test cases covering the full collection to report path.  Want to validate that data makes it through the system correctly.  Main graph normally looks sane, but the per pair graphs feel off.  may be a scoring issue (see issue #11) but could be collection issues.  Either way, since I don't think there are any full cycle tests, it's worth creating one.
