[Bug]: commit signing fails after reboot

What happened?

After reboot commit signing failed to work until DevPod is rebuild:

error: Error retrieving git ssh signature: Post "http://localhost:12049/git-ssh-signature": dial tcp [::1]:12049: connect: connection refused Post "http://localhost:12049/git-ssh-signature": dial tcp [::1]:12049: connect: connection refused fatal: failed to write commit object

What did you expect to happen instead?

git-ssh-signature works even after system reboot
