Support for Python3

Detailed Description

Fix the module imports so it supports python3.

Expected Behavior

It should run on python3.

Current Behavior

When run on python3, it would error with "ModuleNotFoundError".

Ideas on Resolution

Suspect that it is the __init__py files.
